Today, their team of 36 radiologists and 7 physician assistants deliver comprehensive radiology coverage to all CommonSpirit Health facilities across the Denver metropolitan area and western Kansas, as well as numerous additional hospitals and outpatient imaging centers throughout Colorados Front Range and western Kansas. In 2024 the group launched its wholly owned subsidiary, Colorado Advanced Endovascular(CAE), an office-based lab in Lakewood, CO dedicated to cutting-edge interventional and endovascular radiology services.

CIA prides itself on being a collaborative, forward-thinking team committed to remaining locally physician owned. The group offers dedicated reading-room assistants available24/7/365 to support all inpatient and outpatient services, and workstation and technical support provided directly by CIA. The group has been recognized as Outstanding Group PracticeContributors by the Radiology Advocacy Organization (2021).

CIA offers a flexible set of work models — on-site Denver metro positions, fully remote overnight/nighthawk roles, and dedicated CAE interventional roles — across its Denver,Lakewood, and Front Range sites. Many CIA physicians practice established on-site and remote rotations, and the group explicitly does not engage with third-party recruiters — all candidate contact is direct.
