About the Group
Radiologic Imaging Consultants (RIC) is a physician owned group with 15 radiologists serving St. Charles country (located in the St. Louis area) since 1945. The group continues to see significant year-over-year growth.
RIC is the exclusive provider of diagnostic and interventional radiology to SSM Health across St. Charles County, MO and covers: 3 SSM hospitals, 2 Breast “Centers of Excellence”, 5 full-service outpatient centers, and multiple smaller physician-based offices.
The group's radiologists are fellowship- and subspecialty-trained from programs including Washington University, Duke, Emory, Harvard, Michigan, UNC, and UT-Southwestern, and provides professional services across women's imaging, musculoskeletal, neuro, body, IR, and oncologic imaging — including the STEMI and stroke-certified trauma centers in St. Charles County and the western St. Louis metro.

Who They're Hiring
The group offers multiple models: full and part time, partnership tract and employee only (1099 or W2). Hybrid options will also be considered/available for the right candidate/specialty.
Target Candidates:
Full time or part time Body and/or Thoracic imaging position with an interest in the St. Louis / surrounding region
Full time or part time Breast imaging position
Hybrid remote options are also available
In anticipation of the retirement of additional partners in the coming years, they are additionally open to conversation for a variety of different positions and sections otherwise not detailed here. Please do not hesitate to reach out.
New hires join as employees with a guaranteed salary and a 1-year partnership track (for onsite staff). Benefits include full health coverage for physicians with option for family coverage, malpractice with tail, CME allowance, and a 401(k) with employer match after 1 year. They offer a transparent, no-surprises onboarding process and will share full group financials with any candidate who reaches the offer stage.
Employee salaries are commensurate with experience and subspecialty but are well above national average. Partnership top-line compensation is in the top quartile and typically exceeds $900,000+.
Additional details:
Length of Partnership Tract: Typically 1 year to partnership with no buy-in for on-site employees. If hybrid or less than full time, there will be a commensurate extension of partnership tract (e.g. 18 months etc).
Vacation/call: Partners and Employees share vacation benefits and call responsibility equally (per FTE) and there is no “seniority” to vacation scheduling.
There are internal moonlighting options for extra income (internal moonlighting: evenings and weekends)
