01. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or accessing RadCore ("we," "our," or "us") at radcoreqbank.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RadCore. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
02. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- All information you provide during registration is accurate and current.
03. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Providing and maintaining accurate, current, and complete account information.
- Not sharing your account credentials with any third party.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or that have been inactive for extended periods.
04. Subscriptions & Billing
RadCore offers both free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the following:
Core Exam Packages
RadCore currently offers three one-time Core Exam packages tied to a specific ABR CORE exam year: the 2026 Core Exam package ($64.99), the 2027 Core Exam package ($199.99), and the 2028 Core Exam package ($299.99). Each package grants full access to the question bank through July 1 of its exam year, regardless of the date of purchase. Access automatically ends on the package's fixed expiry date. These packages do not auto-renew, and amount of access provided depends on how close to the exam date you purchase.
Legacy Plans
Customers who previously purchased a 1-Month recurring subscription, or a 3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month one-time plan, will continue to be served on the terms in effect at the time of their original purchase. The 1-Month plan, where still active, is a recurring subscription that automatically renews each month unless cancelled before the next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Legacy one-time plans grant access for the specified duration from the original date of purchase and do not auto-renew. Account Resets
Certain plans include a limited number of account resets, which clear your question history and allow you to restart your practice. Resets are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not roll over between plan periods.
Refund Policy & No-Pass Guarantee
All sales are generally final. Before purchasing, you are encouraged to use our free trial — which provides access to 40 questions across all modules — to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs.
No-Pass Guarantee
RadCore offers a full refund to subscribers who do not pass their ABR CORE examination, subject to all of the following conditions being met:
- •You purchased a paid RadCore subscription (any plan).
- •You completed all available questions across all modules (NIS, RISC, and Physics) at least once during your active subscription period.
- •You sat for and did not pass the ABR CORE examination during your active subscription period.
- •You contact us at support@radcoreqbank.com within 30 days of receiving your official ABR CORE exam result, providing documentation of your result (e.g., official ABR correspondence).
- •Your subscription was not obtained through fraudulent means, account sharing, or any violation of these Terms.
Completion requirement: The guarantee is only valid if you have answered every available question in the RadCore question bank at least once. Partial completion of the question bank does not qualify.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. RadCore reserves the right to verify all submitted documentation and to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions. This guarantee is limited to one refund per person and is non-transferable.
05. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content.
- Share, sell, or sublicense your account or access to any third party.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
06. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including but not limited to questions, explanations, images, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of RadCore or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content.
07. Educational Disclaimer
RadCore is an educational preparation tool only. The content provided — including practice questions, explanations, and performance data — is intended to help you prepare for the ABR CORE examination. It is not a guarantee of passing any board examination and does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or an official ABR-endorsed resource.
We make no warranty that the content is exhaustive, current, or reflective of the exact content or format of any licensing examination. Always consult official ABR resources and your training program for authoritative guidance.
08. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
09. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RADCORE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL RADCORE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RADCORE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@radcoreqbank.com.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
